The PCA requires the commercial inspector to develop estimates for current and future repair or replacement costs of the property components. Commercial Property Inspection – Exterior Only
This commercial inspection delivers a quick analysis on a limited budget. It is also useful when tenants are not to be disturbed. The commercial inspection includes outside walls, property, roof, and all exterior components of electrical, heating, and air conditioning. Note: None of the property’s systems will be operated.
Commercial Inspection For Phase I Environmental Assessment
This is an extra service to our Standard Commercial Inspection Of Property, or it can be performed as a standalone service. Phase I Environmental Assessment is a review of the property, not the building.
