What can you expect from Champia Home Inspection Report? First, expect a quick response to your inquiry, whether by phone or by requesting an inspection online.

Second, you can expect a thorough inspection and reporting on finds that others miss. A typical home inspection will last approximately 3 hours (larger homes will take longer) and will cover every aspect of the property. At the end of the home building inspection, the inspector will complete a detailed report on all features inspected. You will also receive a concise, printed summary report outlining all major issues discovered. The home inspector will discuss the summary report with you and your agent and answer any questions.

A Champia home inspector will take the time to explain and answer your questions on the features of the house, and provide hands-on demonstrations on how to operate major systems such as air conditioners, heaters and pumps. We also focus on providing hints and tips on maintaining your house—information that can preserve and maintain the value of your new investment.
