IMPACT! Group CEO Discusses Vet Housing Challenges at Champia

In honor of Veterans Week, we invited Tom Merkel, President/CEO of The IMPACT! Group, to address Champia Real Estate Inspections’ team meeting this morning to discuss housing challenges that affect veterans.

According to Merkel, “There are 48,000 vets in Gwinnett county and 3,000 vets, who are either homeless or who are facing housing challenges.” Real estate agents and bankers, if you are aware of any houses that can be put into this program, please contact Merkel directly at 678-808-4456.
