Moving the Chains

Sometimes when you’re trying to figure out what drives you, what ignites your passion, you just have to go back to the basics. And that always leads me back to pro football…and more football!

It’s not about the physical nature of the sport. It’s a rough, brutal sport. It’s really about a game of inches. When we are deep into football playoffs, just a little bit to the right or a little bit to the left can mean the end or continuation of your season. Just ask an NFL kicker!

Perhaps it’s more about your team and the faith you have in those around you to do their jobs in order to move the chains forward. Does this sound like your business? Are you a chain mover or a nay-sayer? Are you a leader who inspires your team?

“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” John Quincy Adams

At Champia Real Estate Inspections, we believe we have the right combination of passion and team work to move the chains forward.

This past year we were recipients of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s “Best Places to Work” award. We were ranked #22 out of 100 winners in the small business category from a pool of 500 applicants. We also received the 2013 Angie’s List Super Service Award in December. Only 5% of all members receive this award in each market.

As we begin the new year and reflect on the previous one, we look forward to renewed opportunities for an even better 2014. Perhaps it comes from our sense of company purpose and our definition of why, how, and what we do:

Why – We want to leave this earth a better place than when we found it.

How – The way that we help people is by providing peace of mind by instilling confidence in THEIR buying decision.

What – We just happen to be the best inspection company in the world.

We are your chain movers! Just call us for an inspection today at: 770-953-0767.
