Champia Real Estate Inspections has completed more than 17,500 successful inspections in Atlanta since its founding in 1987. Our expertise ranges from new homes and condos to historic properties and covers both primary residences and investment properties.

Our inspection services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the Atlanta area. Our typical inspections include a comprehensive inspection of the grounds; interior and exterior structure, including roof and attic; electrical and plumbing; heating and air, as well as an overview of normal maintenance items. Our certified inspectors will deliver complete residential reports within 24 hours, with commercial inspection reports returned within 4 days.

We provide a free energy audit and security inspection and offer radon monitoring and a termite letter. We can also inspect for mold, do radon testing and other testing for hazardous materials.

We welcome and encourage your participation during the inspection itself. It is an opportunity for you to “get to know” your new purchase, and we will be glad to answer your questions on maintenance, future repairs, remodeling and any other issues you might have.
