Champia Residential Home Inspection service exceeds the standards required by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), a respected industry organization. While an inspection is only a visual examination of your home, our inspectors use specialized equipment when necessary to give you added information.
Unlike some inspection companies, we offer thermal imaging as an option you can add to your inspection. This allows us to see inaccessible areas ( e.g. under flooring and inside walls), to detect signs of water intrusion, heat loss, pest infestations and other defects that can cause damage.
Champia is committed to providing high-quality inspections for every home, condo or townhouse. We have the experience and knowledge to check homes for structural and mechanical defects along with other issues that may be the result of poor craftsmanship or neglect.
At the end of each inspection, Champia provides a complete report that has information with pictures on each defective system in the home. All building defects or maintenance issues are highlighted in your report. We want to make sure that you have the right information to make the best decision.

After our inspection is complete, we’ll provide you with a detailed report, complete with pictures. The amount of time it takes to inspect a home can vary depending on the size and condition of the home on the day we inspect. Rest assured that we will provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision. Our report will highlight all the major issues found during your inspection. The report is easy to understand, but you can always call to talk with your inspector if you need more information.
We always encourage our customers to attend the inspection. We feel that part of our job is to educate you on the operation of your new home. This also helps you to fully understand the condition of your home by allowing you to ask questions in the moment. We look forward to serving you on your next home purchase!
